About Internet Ad Pros

Murray Levine founded the company and is still actively running accounts. Travis Elfreth joined as a partner in 2016. Both have over a decade of platform experience and run prospect calls personally.
Over 20 years in PPC. We've been a Google Partner since 2011. The team's individual experience predates the partnership program.
Small enough that you'll talk to the same person every month, big enough to run accounts at scale. The whole team has 5+ years of industry experience.
Yes - 100% US-based team. No offshore account management, no outsourced reporting. The people building your campaigns are the people you talk to.
Senior. Your account is run by an experienced strategist - same person you meet on the discovery call is still on your account six months later. No offshore, no outsourcing, no juniors learning on your dime.
Over $500 million in client ad spend managed over the years.
5+ years average client tenure. We earn the business every month - no long-term contracts.
Yes - Google Premier Partner. Top tier - top 3% of agencies based on performance, certification, and client retention.
Yes - we're a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Microsoft Advertising. Smaller part of our work than Google but it's a real offering.
Three biggest complaints we hear: 'I never talked to the same person twice,' 'I got fancy reports but no real leads,' and 'I signed a year-long contract and couldn't get out.' We're built specifically to fix those - senior strategists with 5+ year relationships, real reports that focus on results, and month-to-month service.
Senior strategists, not interns. Transparent pricing on the homepage, no hidden costs. Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. 100% US-based team. Simple reporting that tells you how much you spent, how much you made, and what's next. We built our own AI Live Monitor that watches every account 24/7 and flags issues to your strategist so problems get caught quickly.
An AI we built ourselves that watches every IAP client's Google Ads campaigns 24/7. It flags issues and opportunities - performance anomalies, disapproved ads, CPL changes - to your senior strategist. The strategist still makes every decision. It just means problems get caught quickly, not at next month's review.

Pricing & Contracts

Depends on the service. Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads are 15% of ad spend with a $500/month minimum (whichever is higher). Google Maps Management is $350/mo flat per profile, includes Review Management. Review Management standalone is $99/mo. AI Chat starts at $499/mo. Free audit on Google accounts. The team can put together a specific quote on a call.
No long-term contracts on any service. Month-to-month - we earn your business every month. Cancel anytime.
No setup fees on any service. What you see in pricing is what you pay.
Google Ads is 15% of spend or $500/month minimum (whichever is higher). Google Maps Management is $350/month per profile and includes Review Management. So roughly $850/mo if you're at the Google Ads minimum, plus your actual ad spend on top. The team can put together a specific quote based on your situation.
If you're interested in three or more services or have multi-location needs, the best move is a custom quote from the team - they'll structure it based on what makes sense for your business. Worth a call.
AI Chat annual billing saves approximately two months versus monthly. For other services, no annual prepay discount - we keep pricing simple and month-to-month.
AI Chat comes with a free first month - that's effectively a paid trial built in. Google Ads management doesn't have a 'trial' but the audit and discovery call are always free, no commitment.

Free Google Ads Audit

Yes - if you're currently running Google Ads under your own account or with another agency, the team will do a free audit. They'll look at what's running and tell you honestly whether you'd benefit from a switch.
The team looks at your current setup - campaign structure, keyword targeting, ad copy, landing pages, conversion tracking, bidding strategy, and what kind of leads you're actually getting. Then they walk you through what they see honestly.
Not necessarily. Sometimes the answer is yes - there are real issues and switching makes sense. Sometimes the honest answer is your current setup is fine and switching would just burn momentum. Either way, you'll know where you stand. No pressure either way.
The team needs access to your account first - they'll walk you through how to grant that on the discovery call. After they have access, they usually get back to you with findings within a few business days.
Account access. The team will walk you through granting Manager-level access to your Google Ads account on the discovery call. They can't actually review the account without it.
No - free. No commitment to work with us afterward. We'd rather have the conversation and see if it's a fit than charge for an audit that pre-commits you to something.

Local Services Ads (LSAs)

Local Services Ads. They sit at the very top of the search page - above regular Google Ads - with a blue Google Verified badge. You pay per lead instead of per click. They require verification (license, insurance, background check) and are limited to specific categories.
Yes - LSAs are included in our Google Ads management at no extra charge. For eligible trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, legal, others), LSAs often produce lower cost-per-call than standard search ads.
Different placement, different pricing model. LSAs sit above regular Google Ads with a Google Verified badge - you pay per lead. Regular Google Ads sit below LSAs but show up for anyone who searches matching terms - you pay per click. Most service businesses benefit from running both. We include LSA management in our Google Ads fee.
Depends on your category and location. Common eligible categories: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, legal, locksmiths, real estate. The team will tell you on the first call whether LSAs are an option for you - if not, we'll talk about what makes sense instead.
License check, insurance certificate review, and a background check on the business owner. You submit the personal pieces Google requires directly; we handle everything around them - profile setup, photos, categories, service areas. Most businesses are live within 2-3 weeks.
Yes - Google's AI now refunds bad leads automatically. Wrong numbers, out-of-service-area, spam - all flagged and credited. The old 14-day manual dispute process is gone. We monitor your refunds to make sure they're actually happening.

ChatGPT Ads

Sponsored placements inside ChatGPT itself - when someone asks ChatGPT a question, your ad can show up in or after the answer if it's relevant to what they're looking for. Pay per click. OpenAI's targeting is conversational, not keyword-based - it matches on what the user actually needs.
Yes - we're actively running ChatGPT Ads campaigns for clients. OpenAI opened the platform to all US businesses in May 2026. It's brand new - we don't have long-term industry metrics yet, so the best move is a conversation with the team to see if it fits your specific business.
OpenAI opened the self-serve Ads Manager to all US businesses on May 5, 2026. Before that, it was a closed pilot with a small group of major advertisers. The platform is now public beta - real, but still rapidly evolving.
Our management is 15% of ad spend with a $500/month minimum - same as Google Ads. ChatGPT Ads is billed separately from Google Ads since it's a different platform. CPCs on the platform itself are starting around $3-5.
Not yet. ChatGPT has 800M weekly users but Google still handles 8+ billion daily searches - replacing Google entirely would mean walking away from most of your search-driven leads. The smart play right now is to add ChatGPT to your existing Google strategy if it fits your business.
Depends. ChatGPT works best when people are in research mode - figuring out what they need before they go to Google. Strong fit for higher-consideration purchases (legal services, funeral planning, major home repairs). Weaker fit for pure emergencies. The team can give you a real read on your situation.
OpenAI restricts ads to a curated set of low-risk categories (consumer goods, local services, travel, education, digital products) and excludes regulated/sensitive surfaces. Brand and message stay in context - your ad shows up alongside relevant questions, not random topics.

Google Business Profile & Maps Management

Yes - Google Maps Management is $350/month flat per profile. Includes full optimization, weekly Google Posts, profile monitoring, suspension handling, and Review Management built in.
$350/month flat per profile. Includes everything: optimization, weekly Google Posts, monitoring for silent Google edits and public suggested edits, suspension monitoring with appeal handling, and Review Management (a $99/month standalone service) bundled in at no extra cost.
Profile optimization (categories, services, attributes, hours, business description, service areas), weekly Google Posts (Updates, Offers, Events - custom-written for your business), monitoring for silent Google edits and public suggested edits, customer-uploaded photo monitoring, suspension appeal handling, monthly performance report, and Review Management included.
Yes - fresh posts every week. Custom-written for your business: Updates, Offers, and Events. Not template content shared across clients.
Multi-location pricing scales down per location - you don't pay full price for each one. Give the team your specific location count and they'll quote you a per-profile rate.
We handle the appeal process directly with Google as part of the service. We've successfully appealed many suspensions over the years and know what Google's reinstatement team needs to see.
Photos are the one piece Google doesn't make available through their automated API - they have to be uploaded manually. If you send us photos, we upload them on a rolling basis as part of the service. If you don't have photos yet, we'll guide you on what to take.
Most clients see measurable changes in profile impressions and clicks within 4-6 weeks. Ranking improvements (showing up in the Map Pack) typically take 60-90 days as Google re-indexes your profile. Reviews coming in is usually the fastest.

Review Management

Yes - Review Management is $99/month flat. Branded email and SMS review requests your team sends in seconds after a job, automated reminders, dashboard tracking per employee. Also included free with Google Maps Management ($350/mo).
$99/month flat. No per-message fees, no setup charges, no long-term contract. Multi-location volume pricing available - give us your location count for a quote.
Sends branded review request emails and texts to your customers after a service. Looks like it came from your business - your logo, your colors, your name, your address in the footer. Automated reminders for customers who don't respond the first time. Dashboard tracking shows you what's going out and which employees are using it.
Yes - fully branded as your business. Your logo, colors, name, address, and phone number. Customers don't see Internet Ad Pros anywhere. From their perspective, it's a follow-up from the business they just hired.
No - and we wouldn't even if we could. Gating or suppressing negative reviews violates Google's policy and can get your profile suspended. You control who gets added to the request queue. If you know a customer is upset, don't add them - resolve the issue first.
Not currently. Replies stay with you, which we think is the right call - your voice should respond to your customers, not an agency's. We're happy to share best practices for responding to negative reviews when you sign up.
Depends entirely on how many customers your team adds to the system. The math is volume-driven - if your team adds 50 customers in a month, you'll typically see 5-12 new reviews. If they add 5, you'll see fewer. The dashboard shows you exactly where the bottleneck is.

Landing Pages, Conversion Optimization & Call Tracking

Yes - conversion optimization is bundled with our Google Ads management at no separate fee. We build dedicated landing pages for your campaigns and flag the obvious wins on your existing site that are hurting conversion.
Bundled with our Google Ads management - no separate fee. Running ads and running the landing page they point to are the same problem. Splitting them across two agencies is how good ads end up pointing at bad pages.
No - we're not a web design agency. We build dedicated landing pages for your ad campaigns. For your main website, we'll point out the two or three obvious things hurting conversion so you or your web developer can fix them.
Yours. Landing pages are set up under your business and your domain. If we part ways, you keep the pages, the analytics, everything.
We host on a subdomain of your site - like quote.yourbusiness.com - so it still feels like your brand. Mobile-first, fast-loading, designed for a single conversion action.
When the math supports it. A/B tests need traffic volume (usually 1,000+ visitors per variant) to give statistically valid results. For accounts with that volume, we test continuously. For smaller accounts, underpowered tests just produce noise - we build a strong page from the start and iterate based on what's converting.
Yes - we install call tracking on every campaign we run. Setup and weekly call review are included in our Google Ads management fee. The only direct cost is the call tracking platform subscription itself.
The setup and weekly review work are included in our Google Ads management fee - no extra charge from us. The direct pass-through cost is the call tracking subscription, typically $45-$95/month for a service-business setup with normal call volume.
No - the tracking number forwards transparently to your real line. The caller sees nothing different. If your state requires recording disclosure, a brief 'this call may be recorded' message plays before the call connects. That's the only signal.
No - you keep your main business number exactly as it is. Tracking numbers ride alongside, appearing only for visitors who arrive from ad sources we're measuring. Direct callers (people who already have your number) bypass tracking entirely.
Yes, with the right configuration. Most US states are one-party consent. About a dozen states (CA, FL, PA, MD, and a few others) are two-party consent and require notification. Our tracking platform handles this automatically based on your state.
No. The call tracking account is set up under your business, in your name. If we part ways, you keep the account, the numbers, the historical data, and the recordings.

AI Chat & AI Voice (Raina)

An AI virtual receptionist for your website. Answers visitor questions, captures leads, runs 24/7. Includes lead qualification and call summaries, instant SMS and email alerts to your team, missed-call text back, custom playbook, Google Ads integration, and a local phone number.
Yes - same product. The Raina you're chatting with right now is a live demo. Travis and Murray built Raina, and the team handles all sales and onboarding directly.
Same product, two sites. The team at IAP - Travis and Murray - actually built Raina, so they're the ones who handle the sales conversation directly. We do the full intake here.
Three tiers starting at $499/month. The exact tier depends on your business - Starter is for under 100 leads/month, Growth is for 100-500, Pro is for higher volume or multi-location. Every plan comes with a free first month. The team can walk through which tier fits on a call.
Every plan includes: white-glove onboarding, 24/7 lead capture, premium AI voices, smart call routing, customizable AI answering schedule, lead qualification with summaries, full transcripts, instant staff alerts (SMS + email), missed-call text back, Google Ads integration, and a local phone number. Plans vary by voice minutes and SMS volume.
5 to 7 days after the discovery call. We handle all the setup - custom playbook, phone number integration, alert routing. You approve, then it goes to work.
Yes - your first month is free. Starts the day your AI Chat goes live, not the day you sign up. Lets you test it and figure out which tier fits before you commit.
Worth talking through with the team - they handle integration questions directly and can tell you what's possible for your specific setup.
She's trained not to invent answers. When something is outside her current playbook, she captures the lead's info and routes to your team - and the team is alerted at the same time. We add the answer to the playbook, usually within the same business day.
Yes - AI Chat is transparent and identifies as a virtual assistant. Doesn't pretend to be human. In our experience, customers care about getting answered fast far more than who's answering.
An AI virtual receptionist for inbound phone calls. Same product line as AI Chat but for voice - answers calls 24/7, qualifies leads, warm-transfers urgent calls. Currently coming soon - not yet live for clients.
Coming soon - not quite live yet. The team is taking down interest now so they can reach out when it's ready, or talk through whether AI Chat could fill the gap in the meantime.
Same tier pricing as AI Chat - three tiers starting at $499/month. The team can walk through specifics on a call.
Yes - the team is taking down interest now. Share your info and Travis or Murray will reach out personally when it's ready (or sooner if you want to talk through options).

Yes - funeral is one of our specialties. Over twenty years running campaigns for funeral homes, cremation services, pet aftercare, cemeteries, and pre-planning specialists.
Yes - we work with medical practices across many specialties (plastic surgery, weight loss, podiatry, dentistry, chiropractic, physical therapy, and others). Worth a conversation to talk through your specific specialty.
We love niches. If your business offers a service people search for on Google, there's a good chance we can help. We've run campaigns for everything from trash chute installation to pilonidal cyst removal to axe-throwing venues. Worth a conversation with the team.
We don't work in political or election advertising - that's outside the categories we serve.
No - adult entertainment is outside the categories we work in.

Services We Don't Offer

We focus on Google Ads - we don't do SEO ourselves, but we work with great folks who do. Want me to grab your info so the team can send a referral your way?
We focus on Google Ads - we don't do social media management or paid social, but we work with great folks who do. Happy to grab your info and pass it along.
We don't run paid social — Google Ads is our specialty. We work with partners who handle Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms. Happy to grab your info and pass it along for a referral.
We don't do TikTok ads - Google Ads is our specialty. We don't have a defined referral partner for TikTok specifically. Happy to grab your info if you'd like to chat anyway, but wanted to be upfront.
Not directly - we focus on Google Ads. We can refer you to partners who handle email marketing well.
Not full website builds - we build dedicated landing pages for ad campaigns, but not full sites. For web design we can refer you to partners we trust.
We focus on local service businesses and don't take e-commerce clients ourselves. We work with great agencies that do - happy to grab your info and pass it along.

Evaluating an Ad Agency

A few questions worth asking: do you have full access to your own ad account? Are reports actually understandable, or are they 20-page dashboards that don't tell you whether you made money? Is pricing clear? Is the agency US-based? Are you on a long contract? At IAP, transparency and access are core to how we work.
Google Premier Partner is the top tier of Google's partner program - granted to the top 3% of agencies based on performance, certification, and client retention. We've been a partner since 2011 and we're in the Premier tier.
Depends entirely on what a customer is worth to you. A $50 cost-per-lead is great for a roofer and terrible for a coffee shop. The team can work through real CPL targets based on your business economics on a call.
Calls and form-fills relative to spend - that's the real measure. Clicks and impressions are activity, not results. Good reporting tells you cost-per-call, cost-per-qualified-lead, and revenue attribution. If your current report doesn't show that, it's a signal.
Yes - we have over 100 published reviews from clients across legal, home services, funeral, medical, and other industries at internetadpros.net/reviews. No cherry-picking - every review we've ever received is on the page.
We don't have a dedicated case studies page. But we've worked with so many different clients that we likely have examples we can show you. The team can walk through real examples relevant to your business on a call.
References can be set up - but typically the team does that after the initial discovery conversation, not before. In the meantime, the reviews page (internetadpros.net/reviews) has over 100 unfiltered reviews you can read.

Guarantees & Expectations

No - and we don't make ranking or volume guarantees. Anyone who does is either inexperienced or being dishonest. Too many factors outside any agency's control. What we can promise is honest management, transparent reporting, and a team that actually cares about your business outcomes.
Usually yes - but the rate of improvement depends on where you start. Accounts coming from generic management often see meaningful CPL drops in the first few months. Well-tuned accounts have less room for improvement. The team will give you a realistic read on the first call.
Depends on where you start. We won't promise a specific number - that's how agencies lose trust. What we'll do is set up a real measurement system, run good campaigns, and report honestly on what's actually happening.
No catch. Transparent pricing on the homepage, month-to-month service, full account ownership, real reports. We've built the agency specifically to be the one that doesn't have hidden catches - that's the pitch.
