1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a contact form on our Site, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the message you send. If you contact us another way (email, phone, or through an AI chat or voice assistant on our Site), we'll have whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time of your visit, the page you came from (referrer), and similar information. This is collected through standard server logs and through analytics tools described in the Cookies section below.

Information from analytics and session-recording tools

We use tools that record how visitors interact with the Site — things like which pages they view, where they click, and how they scroll. These tools may capture mouse movements, scroll depth, and clicks, but are configured to mask sensitive form-field input.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries. When you submit a contact form or interact with our AI chat or voice assistant, we use the information to reply to you and follow up about our services.
  • Service delivery. If you become a client, we use your contact information to provide the marketing services you've engaged us for.
  • Improving the Site. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful, where visitors get stuck, and how to make the Site better.
  • Marketing and advertising. We use information to measure the performance of our online advertising, attribute conversions, and reach people who have visited our Site with relevant ads on other platforms.
  • Compliance and security. We may use information to prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

We use the following categories of cookies and trackers:

  • Essential. Required for the Site to function — such as cookies that load the page or process a form submission.
  • Analytics. Tools that measure how visitors use the Site, including Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar.
  • Advertising. Tools that measure ad performance and support remarketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Insights, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Call tracking. CallRail, which assigns trackable phone numbers and helps us attribute calls to the marketing source that drove them.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but turning off essential cookies may break parts of the Site. To opt out of Google's personalized advertising specifically, you can visit the Google Ads Settings page.

4. Third-party services we use

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and our business. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data we share with it.

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads — analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Hotjar — session recording and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the Site. See Hotjar's privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — measuring campaign performance and supporting LinkedIn advertising. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.
  • CallRail — phone call tracking and attribution. See CallRail's privacy policy.
  • SiteGround — our website hosting provider. See SiteGround's privacy policy.

5. AI chat & voice assistant

Our Site features (or may soon feature) an AI assistant — referred to on our Site as Raina — that can interact with visitors via text chat, SMS, or voice. When you interact with this assistant:

  • Your conversation is transmitted to and processed by the AI service to generate responses.
  • The full transcript of your conversation, along with metadata (timestamp, channel, phone number for SMS or voice, etc.), is logged and stored so our team can review interactions, follow up, and improve the assistant's responses.
  • If you provide contact information (name, phone, email, business details) during the interaction, that information is treated the same way as a form submission — used to reply to you and follow up about our services.
  • For SMS conversations: by texting our number you consent to receiving automated responses. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • For voice conversations: calls may be recorded and transcribed. We'll disclose recording at the start of the call where required by law.

The AI assistant is built and operated by us (through our affiliated product, Raina, at helloraina.com). We do not sell or share AI conversation data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. SMS / Text messaging

By providing your phone number through any form, contact request, or interaction with our Site, you consent to receive text messages from Internet Ad Pros. We use SMS to respond to your inquiries, provide requested information, follow up on quote requests, and communicate about our services.

Privacy & consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We do not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-out. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you'll receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Help. For help or questions about SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (516) 756-0138 or telfreth@internetadpros.net.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. The third-party services listed above process information on our behalf so we can operate the Site and our business. They're contractually limited to using that data only for the purposes we've engaged them for.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If Internet Ad Pros is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'd notify you and provide options if a new privacy policy would apply.

8. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Site is served over HTTPS, our hosting provider maintains industry-standard security practices, and access to client data within our team is limited to people who need it.

That said, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as it's reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy — typically the duration of our relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or business reasons. Server logs and analytics data are usually retained for shorter periods set by the tools we use (often 14–26 months for analytics, shorter for raw server logs).

10. Your choices and rights

You have choices about the information we collect:

  • Don't submit forms or contact us if you prefer not to share that information. The Site is fully browsable without doing so.
  • Cookies and tracking. Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note that some Site features may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked.
  • Opt out of Google personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
  • Opt out of Hotjar tracking at hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out.
  • Request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Stop SMS messages by replying STOP at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

11. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we'll provide more prominent notice (such as a banner on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
